Santa Fez Shrine Club had its regular monthly meeting at Montezuma Lodge #1 on 15 April and final preparations were made for the Potentate’s visit on 24 May at Montezuma Lodge. This event promises to be every bit as wonderful as last year’s visitation.
Chief Rabban, Lonnie A. Hedrick reported that SFSC members have sold 210 cash calendars for Ballut Abyad Temple this year. The leader of the pack was Noble Ronald R. Ball who sold 140 calendars. Noble Jose Pincheira sold 40 and Noble Elmer Lee Waite sold 22. Stars and bars were issued by Noble Hedrick and Noble President Richard E. Mares holds the record in this arena with more stars and bars than the rest of the SFSC membership.
SFSC will be dark after the Potentate’s visit and will have its next regular meeting on 19 August 2008.
