Dear Nobles,

We have the record keeping up to date and have a very workable schedule. We will be sending out Jewels and Stars twice per year at the end of June and end of December.

Each Unit or Club will set up their own system for keeping track of hours and points.  Points are based on the guidelines set forth by the Center which can be found on the Ballut Abyad web-site.  Each Unit or Club can send their reports at any time. We will enter the point totals in the data base and send the appropriate Jewels, Stars and bars earned.

If you are unsure of the status of your points please feel free to contact us and we will send you what information we have.  If this information is not accurate you will need to determine the correct information.
