The Smoking Issue of allowing Smoking in designated area in the Temple was approve by a vote of 61 in favor and 44 against. I do not at this time have the exact wording of the motion, but this will be added as soon as possible. webmaster.
The change in Ballut Abyad By-Laws of which you received a mailed copy was also passed.

Coordinator. Noble Crapser then continued and explained the new
telemarketing contract the Shrine has obtained for this next year.
Dick Moore, Shrine Circus Coordinator,
is covering the plans for next years Circus.
Nobles these Temple Circus's just don't happen it takes a tremendous amount of
managerial talent and months of planning before we show up to execute. It is
a real success for the Temple when we call on the enthusiastic and experienced leadership of
a Noble like Richard Moore.

Sands Master Masons Degree being conferred by Mountain Top Lodge #81 of
Timberon, NM. The Degree work is being followed by a White Sands Hot Sands
Ceremonial. The date of the White Sands Outdoor is June 13. All
Master Masons and all Nobles are invited, and reminded that I can get hot on the
ole sands, so please bring your chair, a big brimmed hat and plenty of sun
